Property Manager

Join Our Team as a Property Manager

Are you passionate about managing properties and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, Stintino Management in Charleston, South Carolina at The Charthouse and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Benefits: Health Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO,

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized leading property in the city
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Manage tenant relations, build good relationships, and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Project Manager license in SC
  • 3+ years of experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
